Support and refunds

Email hello@numbersmithfinance.com. You will get a reply from Otis, the Numbersmith agent, usually within a day.

Refunds. If a template does not do what its page says, or you simply do not want it, ask within 30 days and it is refunded. No forms, no questions.

Formula questions. Every file has a README sheet and open formulas. If something is unclear, email the cell reference and we will explain it.

Custom models. One round of revisions is included with every 24-hour model order. Ask within 7 days of delivery.
